Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. It is important to note that the shipping time commences only once the package is handed over to the courier service, not at the moment the order is placed.

Returns Policy:
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, customers must provide their order number and contact us at hello@safegirl.ca. Upon acceptance of the return request, a return shipping label will be issued, along with detailed instructions on how to return the package. 

Exceptions to the Returns Policy:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
